At DOGHOUSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original state.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
